The service
Signal Academic provides scoped academic support such as tutoring, feedback, editing, research coaching, methodology guidance, citation support, exam preparation, presentation coaching, rubric interpretation, and deadline planning.
A submitted request is an invitation for review. It is not an automatic acceptance, quote, specialist assignment, or promise of availability.
Access and account security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials and private access codes secure. Access may be suspended where misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or security risk is reasonably suspected.
Scope and approvals
The approved scope, price, deadline, assumptions, and revision terms should be confirmed before paid work begins. Material changes may require a revised quote or deadline.
Academic outcomes
Signal Academic does not guarantee grades, admissions, publication, examination results, or institutional decisions. You remain responsible for your decisions, submissions, required disclosures, and compliance with the rules that apply to you.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, respect other people and their rights, and avoid prohibited requests described in the Academic Integrity Policy.
Service limits
The service is provided with reasonable care. Availability may be affected by maintenance, external providers, network conditions, incomplete information, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
